Gass are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-2, IN BUILDING 126, OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#1, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE XV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE(S) 57-61, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARTION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. 5702, PAGE 1317, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
