NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-009248 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Everbank, Plaintiff and Lisa M. Murphy and Suzanne C. Donoghue are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 201, OF CASA DEL SOL CADIZ, A CONDOMINIUM, AND THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF WHICH ARE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CASA DEL SOL CADIZ, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5633, PAGES 2053 THROUGH 2082, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 110 AND 111, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
