NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009768-XX-CIC of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SUGARLOAF VII, LLC is the Plaintiff and DARRELL L. MILLER, A SINGLE MAN; LESIA M. KNOWLES; STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” RESIDING AT 4734 3RD AVENUE SOUTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33711 AND UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “B” RESIDING AT 4734 3RD AVENUE SOUTH, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33711 are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 37, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUB #3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
