NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-003081-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Cara Y. Fair a/k/a Cara Fair; Unknown Spouse of Cara Y. Fair a/k/a Cara Fair; John T. Mayes a/k/a John Mayes; Unknown Spouse of John T. Mayes a/k/a John Mayes; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Irwin Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 ; All other unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under and against a named defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, SIRMONS HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
