NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2014, and entered in 2009CA021857 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL R BOX; CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR PARAGON HOME LENDING LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 14, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, LAKE BREEZE ESTATES REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
