NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-20882-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Donald M. Roberts; Michele Roberts; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK D, BONAIR HILL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
