NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Final Judgment issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 27th day of January A.D., 2014, in the cause wherein Paradise Island Co-op, Inc. etc, was plaintiff(s), and Florida Central Construction Services, Inc., etc, et al, and any and all unknown persons in possession of the subject property, jointly and severally, were defendant(s), being Case No. 13-8429-CO-41 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Florida Central Construction Services, Inc., in and to the following described property, to-wit:
1993 JACO house trailer with VIN# CH13761A and CH13761B, Title# 63879221 and 63879222, and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, attachments, appurtenances or personal property of any kind whatsoever, located inside the mobile home or on the mobile home lot and owned by the Defendant(s), Florida Central Construction Services Inc., located at 1001 Starkey Road, Lot 768, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida.
and on the 29nd day of April A.D., 2014, at 1001 Starkey Rd, Lot 768, in the city of Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Final Judgment.
