NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 52 2012 CA 001758 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein GLEANER LIFE INSURANCE SOCIETY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST BARBARA W. HUBNER A/K/A BARBARA WHIPPLE HUBNER A/K/A BARBARA HUBNER, DECEASED; SUSANNAH W. HUBNER A/K/A SUSANNAH HUBNER , AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF BARBARA W. HUBNER A/K/A BARBARA WHIPPLE HUBNER A/K/A BARBARA HUBNER, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/02/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 69, BUILDING NO. 82, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT SEVENTY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 90, PAGE(S) 69 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6190, PAGE 1646 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
