NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-014243 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and EARL E. ANDEREGG; RENEE J. ANDEREGG; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A TOM CONNELL, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of May, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 7, RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 11,12,13, 14 AND 15 PADGETT'S ESTATE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
