NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-003931-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-4, TBW MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and PAUL ALTHOFF A/K/A PAUL J. ALTHOFF; ERIN ALTHOFF; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NA;, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 1, NORTH EAST PARK SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
