NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013683-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as Successor By Merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE4 is the Plaintiff and William Velez; Angely I. Velez; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION SECTION 5G, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 117, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
