NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 482012CA000529XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-BAR1, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BAR1 is Plaintiff and JESUS PRIETO; SANDRA MATOS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGEIT, INC. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
