NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-005884-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 29th day of May, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 311, WINTER PARK RESIDENTIAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED DECEMBER 20, 2007 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9541, PAGE 3489, AND ANY AMENDMENTS FILED THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
