Final Judgment was awarded on April 9, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-013732-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, is the Plaintiff, and, WILLIE PAEZ; ADRIAN NEROZZI-PAEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; LAKE DOE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
