RICHARDSON; VICTOR F. SAYMO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; DISCOVER BANK ISSUER OF THE DISCOVER CARD; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS G.P.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
