NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 17, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 48-2013-CA-006239-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, is the Plaintiff, and, WILMA S. BLANKENSHIP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILMA S. BLANKENSHIP; CANDLEWYCK EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND UBAN DEVELOPMENT; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
