NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-038099 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL E. OLIVER; SUMMERGATE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAFAEL E. OLIVER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of May, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 4114 OF PHASE 4, SUMMERGATE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (THE DECLARATION), AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5923, PAGE 662, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AMENDMENT THERETO FOR THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PHASE, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6357, PAGE 3553, ALL SUBSEQUENT RECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ALL RECORDED EXHIBITS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
