NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on April 23, 2014 (the “Judgment”), in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR TO WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-C6, COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-C6, BY AND THROUGH CWCAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SPECIAL SERVICER, is Plaintiff, and UNIVERSITY VILLAGE FLORIDA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, CAPE CORAL FLORIDA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, DEW ASSOCIATES FLORIDA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, CONFIDENCE TRUCKING, INC. a/k/a CONFIDENCE TRUCKING W/C LLC, and ERI S. Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
