NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002055, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. FV-I, INC. IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC is Plaintiff and RICHARD L. KENT; NORMA L. KENT; LONGSHORE LAKE FOUNDATION, INC.; SHADOW RIDGE PROPERTIES, LLC, INTERVENOR; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19 day of MAY, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, BLOCK K, LONGSHORE LAKE, UNIT 5D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE(S) 34 AND 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
