NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, as follows: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse in Collier County, Naples, Florida beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date. in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of May 2014 that certain parcel of real and personal property, situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
UNIT 202 BUILDING 112, VANDERBILT GALLERIA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2862, PAGE 2103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
