NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2013-CA-004240 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 29th day of May, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 142 OF NO. 5, PALM-AIRE AT DESOTO LAKES COUNTRY CLUB APTS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 665, PAGES 374 THROUGH 448, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35 THROUGH 39, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
