UNIT E-301, PHASE V, LAKE VISTA RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2154, PAGE 216, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NUMBER E-38, PHASE V, EASH AS A LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE REFERENCED CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
