BOOK 1054, PAGES 3151 THROUGH 3209, INCLUSIVE, INCLUDING AMENDMENT CHANGING NAME OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1080, PAGE 1079, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 149 THROUGH 156, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
