NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA002876 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and Jay Laub; Pinyorat Pavasopon; Country Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK C COUNTRY OAKS, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 45 THROUGH 51, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
