NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 16th day of May, 2014, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 917, SUNRIDGE BY THE LAKE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1864, Pages 1599 through 1659, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 25, Pages 45, 45A through 45C, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
