NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, and entered in 2009 CA 005464 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK FSB., is the Plaintiff and GERALDINE GOBOURNE A/K/A GERALDINE BRYANT; ROLAND GOBOURNE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK D, 1st ADDITION TO HILLCREST PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
