NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-005082-NC, Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWMBS is the Plaintiff, and RAYMOND WEEKES A/K/A RAYMOND WEEKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND WEEKES A/K/A RAYMOND WEEKS; MELISSA DEMARCO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK, NA.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, are the Defendants, I, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on May 19, 2014, the following described real property, situate and being in Sarasota County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 32, and the South 1/2 of Lot 31, Block 29, Sarasota Beach, According to the Plat Thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 76, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
A/K/A: 5435 Avenida Del Mare, Sarasota, FL 34242
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
