NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on April 22, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 15, WATER'S EDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 9, 9A THROUGH 9C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 30th day of May, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
