NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 21, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012087-SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE CAPITAL CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DANIEL MARKUSSON A/K/A DAN MARKUSSON; KIMBERLY MARKUSSON A/K/A KIM MARKUSSON; FLORIDA PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES, LLC - DISSOLVED; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 21st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
