NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 21, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009266-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and MARTIN L. WALDEN AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1999 WALDEN TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1999; CATHERINE HOHN-WALDEN AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1999 WALDEN TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1999; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE 1999 WALDEN TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1999; MARTIN L WALDEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; THE DUCK KEY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 29th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
