NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014185 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, is Plaintiff and Theodore H. Talcott, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Unknown Spouse Of Theodore H. Talcott, Tenant #1, and Tenant #2, Venice Gardens Civic Association, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 16th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33263, Venice Gardens, Unit 33, According to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 36, 36A through 36F of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Located: 1600 Honey Ct, Venice, FL 34293
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
