NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 019144 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein E*TRADE BANK, is Plaintiff and Gregory A. Bank, As Trustee Under The Provisions Of A Trust Agreement Dated The 21st Day Of April, 2004 And Known As The Bank 2004 Trust, The Unknown Beneficiaries of trust agreement dated the 21st day of April, 2004 and known as the Bank 2004 Trust, and Riverview Manor Homeowners Association, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 16th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, RIVERVIEW MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
