NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 29, 2013 in Civil Case No.:2010 CA 011494 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and, SILVIA LAST; DOLPHIN TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on May 14, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8-A, DOLPHIN TOWER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1055, PAGE 269, THROUGH 387, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THAT CERTAIN CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY FOR DOLPHIN TOWERS CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1069, PAGE 290, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
