NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015589 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-F UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and THOMAS E. KOHANSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS E. KOHANSKI; DORIS HEBERT -FERRIGNO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORIS HEBERT- FERRIGNO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR 1ST NEW ENGLAND MORTGAGE D/B/A FNE MORTGAGE; CALUSA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK K, CALUSA LAKES, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE(S) 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
