NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Lease Termination, Eviction and Foreclosure dated April 28, 2014, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on June 3, 2014, the following described property:
Double Wide Mobile Home VIN: FLFL2AF513207901 and FLFL2BF513207901

all personal property located on or in the Unit #763 of LA CASA, A RESIDENTIAL COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2698, Pages 1503-1560, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
