LOT 4, BLOCK C, CORAL COVE UNIT 3, AS SHOWN ON AMENDED PLAT OF SAID BLOCK C, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA, INCLUDING THE EXISTING SEAWALL AND A,LL LAND, IF ANY, LYING BETWEEN THE LOT LINE AND SAID SEA WALL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
