NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009447-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DAVID J PLAUTZ; ROBIN V PLAUTZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A RACQUEL PLAUTZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 30th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
