NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-052954, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 21 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 48, SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 4; THENCE NORTH 0° 31' 55” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 4 FOR 30 FEET; NORTH 89° 09' EAST FOR 373.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 0° 31' 55” WEST FOR 128.62 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 09' EAST FOR 128.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0° DEGREES 31' 55” EAST FOR 128.62 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° DEGREES 09' WEST 128.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING SUBJECT TO A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF UTILITY LINES AND DRAINAGE FACILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 6 FEET OF SAID PROPERTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
