NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about April 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050484 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificates Series 2006-PR3, is the Plaintiff and Joseph D. Simonetti, Zaida Simonetti also known as Zaida V. Simonetti, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, Sunset Pointe at Fort Myers Condominium Association, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Joseph D. Simonetti, The Unknown Spouse of Zaida Simonetti also known as Zaida V. Simonetti, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 16th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
