NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012CA004653 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, BAILEY, DAVID, et. al., are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of May, 2014, the following described property:
A PORTION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 4; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 01'56” WEST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 163.70 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 56'55” EAST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 261.26 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 01'56” EAST, FOR A DISTANCE OF 163.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 56'54” WEST, FOR A DISTANCE OF261.26 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE WEST 30.0 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
