Lot 77, THE PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS, UNIT ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages 137 through 140, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 16th, 2014.
