NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014 , entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-011797-XXXX-ES of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'Neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 15th day of May, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 1, HAMILTON PARK, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 55, Pages 137 to 144 inclusive., Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with the clerk of court within 60 days after the sale.
