NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-006143-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and DALEN B. DAVIS; LINDA L. DAVIS A/K/A LINDA LEE DAVIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH THE MOBILE HOME PERMANTLY AFFIXED TO THE LAND
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
