Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 27, Block 14, MEADOW POINTE III, PHASE 1, UNIT 1C-2, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 94, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida

The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on the 29th day of May, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
