NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001869-WS-J-2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS,INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9, is Plaintiff and MATTHEW ANDERSON; STATE OF FLORIDA; SEARS, AND ROEBUCK AND CO.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A KATIE REIESE, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1621, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT TWELVE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 81 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
