NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000150-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER SIMMONS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 6, SUNCOAST POINTE VILLAGES 1A AND 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 68 THROUGH 71, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
