NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2014 entered in Case No. 09-CA-020754 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and Henry L. Thomas; Sandra Thomas; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 14th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND THE NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 12 IN BLOCK 1 OF ORIOLE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
