NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-011271 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and DAVID ADAMS, CARROLL OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, KRISTI HARDIN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID ADAMS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3-B, Block 3, CARROLL OAKS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 74, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
