NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-018309 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and SUSAN I. WHEELER A/K/A SUSAN IRENE WHEELER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/05/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, SUN CITY CENTER UNIT 32 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS A PORTION OF LOT 13 OF SAID A DESCRIBED AS BEINGING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE ON THE WEST BOUNDRY THEREOF NORTH 17 DEGREES 21 MINUTES 19 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 110.36 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDRY OF SAID LOT 13, THENCE SOUTH 02 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 55 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 54.27 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 30 DEGREES 34 MINUTES 18 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 59.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINING.
