NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 13th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, which sale shall be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
UNIT G-108 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS V, a condominium as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7 pages 47 thru 50 inclusive of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded on Jan 10, 1985 in O.R. Book 4481 page 1923 of Public Records of Hillsborough Florida together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium a perpetual and nonexclusive easement in common with, but not limited to all other owners upon the land above described for ingress and egress and use of all passage ways as well as common areas and facilities.
